| PARENT LOAN AUTHORIZATION FORM |
Parents/Guardians may complete the online Parent Loan Authorization form to allow their student to utilize excess funds from a Parent PLUS Loan to be transferred to their Hoot Loot to purchase textbooks and school supplies.
