Add funds to a Hoot Loot account from a checking or savings account using our secure electronic check deposit form. Deposited funds will be available in 1 - 2 hours during regular business hours.

ADD MONEY WITH AN eCHECK

You may also mail a check payable to SCSU to the University Card Office. Ensure the student's ID number and Hoot Loot are written in the memo portion of the check. Send endorsed checks to:

Students can add money to their Hoot Loot account from their excess Financial Aid award using our secure online Hoot Loot Request form.  Initially, students can add up to $800 to their Hoot Loot account from your excess Financial Aid, more if the cost of texts books and supplies exceeds $800.  Each request is subject to Financial Aid availability and loan rules and regulations.

Add cash to your Hoot Loot Card at the on-campus Card Value Centers (CVC). The CVC works like a reverse ATM, swipe your card and add cash into the machine. Your money is available immediately on your Hoot Loot card. CVC locations:
