The
Hoot Loot ID Card also functions as a debit card. Over 12,000 students and
2,000
faculty and staff members can add any amount of money to their card to be
used only at our participating locations. Anyone with a Hoot Loot Card is
able to purchase goods and services at participating vendors. Cardholder
present their cards for payment and vendors process their payments through
our debit card reader device. Since its implementation in the Fall of 2000,
the Hoot Loot debit card program has since it's deposits rise dramatically.
