Announcements

UPASS UPDATE for Spring 2025. The Spring U-Passes are now available. Come into the office with your Hootloot card or you can request a upass HERE.

Financial Aid Transfer requests for Spring 2025 will begin January 1st (we will being processing Thursday the 2nd) and will be available until February 3rd.

Attention all new first-year and transfer students: You will be receiving an email to your Southern email address from the university card office regarding the process for uploading your photo for your student ID card (Hoot Loot). Please check your student E-mail.

Hoot Loot refund request: If you need a Hoot Loot refund, you can find the form to do so HERE.

Parking Pass Requests: You can find out how to request a parking pass HERE.
